Game My Clan's ranking is in top 20 after the ranking update but I can't participate expedition.
The Clan ranking which is a participation condition for the expedition gets applied based on the information updated on expedition participation time (9:00 pm), meaning the ranking updated after 21:00 will be applied on the next expedition schedule.
