In MIR4, Inner Force is a feature for character upgrades that involves using Energy to train the character's Inner Force Loci.

The three types of Inner Force that can be unlocked with tomes are Muscle Strength Manual, Nine Yin Manual, and Nine Yang Manual. Each type of Inner Force consists of 4 Inner Force Loci that can be trained separately.

■ Energy

Energy can be obtained in various ways including meditation, PK, and completing quests.

As you promote your Inner Force to higher tiers, the amount of Energy needed for training increases.

■ Tangled Inner Force

This has a chance to occur when Inner Force Locus training fails.

And you are unable to train Inner Force while Tangled Inner Force is in effect.

When you level up an Inner Force Locus up to a certain level, you can increase its level limit through Inner Force Promotion.
