You can sell your Darksteel in the Unified Market after wrapping it through NPC "<Craftsman> Gwon Chuyoung" in Bicheon Castle.
Click [Shop] -> [Black Unified Market] -> [Wrapping] and you can buy packaging materials with Gold.
