Greetings, This is MIR4.

Starting October 4, 2026, the Operation Policy of MIR4 will be revised as follows.

This revision is to release Character names and Clan names that have been unused for a long time so other Dragonians can use them.

We are providing advance notice regarding these changes, so please be sure to check them for a smooth gaming experience.

■ Main Revision Details

Article 6. Precatuions while using Blockchain content (New)

• New Precautions Regarding Blockchain Content Usage.

Article 8. Naming Standard

• New clause regarding permissions to grant, change, reset, retrieve, and manage in-service names

• New basis for resetting names with no long-term login or activity records

Article 11. Game Use Restriction Standard

• Expanded on restriction types (Added temporary restriction, IP block, game data adjustment, in-app purchase restriction, device access restriction, additional collection, etc.)

• Extended the deadline for appeals from 7 to 15 days

• Created new restriction criteria for blockchain content

Article 12. Clan Management Standard

• The company's authority to administratively change the clan Leader status is now limited to three specific cases, and a new requirement to notify all clan members in advance has been established.

• Specified the type separation between name reset and disband

Article 13. Non-access Character Management Policy

• Added character name reset criteria (Offline for 2 months or more, level below 60)

• Eased character deletion criteria (Changed from offline for 2 months to 12 months or more, excluding characters with purchase history)

• Added individual notification procedure 30 days prior to scheduled reset/deletion

• Added terms for re-setting requests within 30 days post-reset and recovery in case of company liability

Article 14. Offline Clan Name Management Policy (New)

• Added grounds for resetting clan names with no activity records for a long period

• Name reset is distinguished from clan disband, and a reset alone does not result in disband

Other Additional Details

■ Impact on Dragonians

• Offline determination will now be applied per character. Even if you log in with another character, if a specific character remains inactive for 2 months or longer, that character's name may become subject to a reset.

• A character name reset policy will be introduced. It will apply to Characters below level 60, and only their names will be changed while the character and owned data remain intact.

• The criteria for character deletion will be eased The requirement will change to remaining offline for 12 months or longer, and characters with a purchase history will be excluded from deletion.

• Names of clans with no activity for an extended period may be reset. Only the name will be changed, while the clan and owned data will remain preserved.

• Individual notifications will be sent 30 days prior to any scheduled reset or deletion. If you log in with the character after receiving the notification, it will be excluded from the process.

• If a character name is reset, a means to change the character name will be provided.

1) Translated versions are provided solely for the convenience of users and members, and only the English Operational Policy applies to the relationship between the user and the company.

2) In the event of any discrepancy between the English Operational Policy and a translated version, the English Operational Policy shall prevail.

■ Withdrawal of Consent

If you do not agree to these revisions, you may express your refusal by opting to leave (member withdrawal). If you continue to use the service without expressing refusal, you will be deemed to have agreed to the revisions.
